Stakeholders

Who are the people involved in CFC KFL?

The Parents

And, fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord – Ephesians 6:4

This clearly puts the parents at the forefront of our work with the kids! Whatever is taught at home, is reinforced in CFC KFL. And without the commitment and support of the parents, CFC KFL will not be able to teach the kids completely especially in their faith and personal relationship with Christ! So, the ministry also aims to involve the parents of the CFC KFL members in whatever their kids learn in the ministry. This can be done through parents’ forums, parent involvement and through the CFC KFL members bringing home what they learned to their families.

But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it is better for him that a heavy millstone be hung around his neck, and that he be drowned in the depth of the sea - Matthew 16: 8

National Ministry Coordinator

He is the servant leader of the ministry. The implementer in the various areas (local / international) and programs of the ministry for the kids. Seeks guidance, direction and inspiration from the CFC FFL Young Ministries Coordinator.

Area Couple Coordinators

They oversee and implement the programs of CFC KFL in their respective areas. They meet with the CFC KFL FTW–in-charge regularly to get updates and give feedback regarding the ministry. They should adapt the program to the realities of their districts.

The CFC KFL Workers, Coordinators and Volunteers

Chapter Couple Coordinators

They are the coordinators in each chapter who help the Area Couple Coordinators with the implementation of the program.

Heart Champs

They are members of CFC YFL or CFC SFL who serve in the CFC KFL ministry. They are the “Ates” and “Kuyas” (Older Sisters and Brothers) of the CFC KFL. They serve as the facilitators of the activities, and are the ones whom the kids can look to as role models.

Mission Volunteers and Full Time Workers

These people have more accountability in the ministry by overseeing different areas (city, provincial or international), program development and the pastoral formation. Full Time Workers have been hired specifically for the ministry, while Mission Volunteers work elsewhere but have committed to volunteering help for the Ministry’s need.

The CFC FFL Community

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. - Romans 12:4-5

We are called to support each other by being good role models, most especially for the kids, because we belong to a bigger family of God.
